5K / MILE / KIDS ¼ MILE

The Stoney Creek Running Club proudly presents the 40th annual Stony Creek Distance Run.  Join us for a series of events from our ¼ Mile Kids Run (12 & Under), an open 1 Mile Run, and the premier 5K Run.  The 5K showcases the Metroparks interior beauty, including wooded trails, rolling hills, meadows, and part of the paved bike path.
Location:
Stoney Creek Metropark
2 miles west of M-53, of 26 Mile Rd
(Events start & finish at Eastwood Beach)

Race Times:
6:00 PM – ¼ Mile kids Run (12 & Under only)
6:10 PM – Open 1 Mile Run / Walk
6:30 PM – 5K Run / Walk

Awards:
¼ Mile Kids Run (12 & Under Only):  Awards to all finishers
1 Mile Run/Walk:  Awards to the overall Male & Female winners
5K Run/Walk:  Awards to the overall Male & Female winners, Male & Female Masters winners, top 3 finishers in age groups (12&Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+), as well as medals to all 12& Under finishers.

Profits:
Profits from the event will benefit the
Stoney Creek Running Club and Michigan Parkinson Foundation.
