2010 Boston Marathon
Modified By Matt Antoniou on 12/13/2009 5:03:54 AM)

Hey Runners! My wife and I have been running for a few years now, and over that time we both have run with the group unofficially. Well, we finally signed up and are now true Stoney Creek Runners. Over the past year, we have met some of you just through the course of running and socializing (and a bit of drinking), and found out what you already knew, that the people involved in this group are some of the nicest people - running or otherwise.

I wanted to start off by saying that we both are looking forward to running with the group and meeting everyone involved.

That said, we will be starting our training at the end of December for the 2010 Boston Marathon, and was interested to find out if any one else will be heading East to celebrate Patriot's Day with 25, 000 of our fellow runners. It would be great to get to know some others that are heading there, to run with before hand and share any advice and stories.

We look forward to chatting, eating, laughing, and of course running with all of you.

Matt and Paula Antoniou.
